Baking for 24 years in Ciudad de México
- 🇲🇽 Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Crown Workshop
- 1992 to 2016
- Spanish
I've worked in baking from 1992 to 2016. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,250 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Aarón
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Aarón: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
