Helping people break into trades
- 🇺🇸 San Francisco, California, United States

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 670 people through San Francisco Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Aaron
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
