Aaron P. Fleming
Finance mentor, Belfast
- 🇬🇧 Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
- Belfast Foundation
- 1991 to 2007
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 540 people through Belfast Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Aaron
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You never charged a cent and gave me more than any course could. Greetings from Davao City.
