Aarón N. Escobar
Mentor in leadership and nursing
- 🇦🇷 Mendoza, Mendoza, Argentina
- Starlight Association
- 1997 to 2018
- Spanish, French
For 21 years I've mentored people in leadership and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Aarón: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
