Aarón M. Rangel
Mentor in leadership and finance
- 🇨🇴 Cartagena, Bolívar, Colombia
- Mount Pleasant Foundation
- 2012 to 2020
- Spanish
For eight years I've mentored people in leadership and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Aarón
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
