Helping people break into leadership
- 🇺🇸 Montgomery, Alabama, United States
- Montgomery Learning Hub
- 1992 to 2012
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,020 people through Montgomery Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
