I've served Orchid Fellowship in Los Angeles since 2011. My days are mostly visiting, listening and helping people carry things, sometimes literally.
People come with every kind of question. I try to listen first. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
