Baking for nine years in Zapopan
- 🇲🇽 Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico
- Little Stonebridge Workshop
- 2015 to 2024
- Spanish
I've worked in baking from 2015 to 2024. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 360 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
