Aaron H. Holmes
Mentor in leadership and design
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Foundation
- Since 2001
- English
For 25 years I've mentored people in leadership and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Aaron
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Aaron: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
