Aarón G. Valdez
Software mentor, Envigado
- 🇨🇴 Envigado, Antioquia, Colombia

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Good Shepherd Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
More about Aarón
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Aarón: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
