Aaron Carter
Leadership mentor, Calgary
- 🇨🇦 Calgary, Alberta, Canada
- Calgary Youth Network
- 1990 to 2005
- English
For 15 years I've mentored people in leadership and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Aaron
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
