Aarav P. Joshi
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇮🇳 Hyderabad, Telangana, India
- Jacaranda Mentoring Circle
- 1985 to 2004
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 820 people through Jacaranda Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Aarav: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
