Volunteer mentor with Leicester Mentoring Circle

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,240 people through Leicester Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Aarav
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
