For 23 years I've mentored people in software and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Aarav: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first software job in 2013. I still have your notes. Greetings from Badagry.
