I organize the adult literacy in Southampton. About 64 people rely on it every week.
I try to remember everyone's name. Small habits keep a team together.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Aarav
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Aarav: A gift would go toward supplies for our weekly sessions.
