I coached softball at Kathmandu Pioneer Swimming Club from 2002 to 2013. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Aarati
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
