I spent 25 years as a lecturer in organic chemistry at Peoria Polytechnic in Peoria. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a nurse and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
What gifts mean to Aaliyah: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
