I taught environmental science at Bamboo Girls' School in Cairns from 2003 to 2022. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
