Aaliyah A. Vargas
Master of plumbing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇨🇦 Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada
- Old Kelowna Works
- Since 2003
- English
My trade is plumbing. I opened my own shop in 2003 in Kelowna and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I walk the dog by the river.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Aaliyah
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Aaliyah: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
