Helping people break into engineering
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Ashford Association
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 230 people through Ashford Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Aadhya
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first engineering job in 2022. I still have your notes!
