Zubby was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma in April. The oncology team at Lagos Regional Medical Center has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in July. He will be away from work for about 12 weeks. Zubby is 43, worked as a hairdresser until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Lagos Regional Medical Center 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
