Ziggy, Kennedy's rescue greyhound, needs urgent treatment for a tumor on the spleen costing $2,100.

Ziggy is my rescue greyhound of two years. On 19 October we rushed to Christchurch Animal Hospital with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $2,100.
They have stabilized Ziggy, but the treatment can't wait beyond December.
Ziggy is more than a pet - Ziggy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $200 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Christchurch Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $2,100 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,150
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $410
• Medication and follow-up visits: $250
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $290
