Ziggy's a ruptured cruciate ligament: help with the vet bill

Ziggy is my German shepherd of six years. On 27 July we rushed to Narayanganj Veterinary Centre with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $350. They have stabilized Ziggy, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Ziggy is more than a pet - Ziggy walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $25 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
