Ziggy's a foreign object blocking the intestines: help with the vet bill

Ziggy is my senior cat of eleven years. On 8 September we rushed to the Mbale Emergency Vet Clinic with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $350. They have stabilized Ziggy, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
