Yusuke needs a prosthetic leg - help us make it happen
A prosthetic leg would give Yusuke independence - we're $4,450 away.

Yusuke lives with a spinal cord injury. The occupational therapist at the Tokyo Mobility Clinic has assessed him and recommended a prosthetic leg. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $4,450.
His current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 6 weeks.
With the right equipment Yusuke could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.

• prosthetic leg: $3,950
• Fitting and training sessions: $190
• Delivery and set-up: $85
• First-year servicing plan: $225
