After a cut in working hours, Yonas is 3 months behind on rent and has a final eviction notice from the landlord.

Following a long illness in the family, I fell 3 months behind on rent. Last Thursday a final eviction notice was taped to my door, and the amount I owe is $400.
My landlord has been understanding for a while, but he has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by November, we must leave.
I have two young children at home. Moving isn't just an expense - it would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
I have started working night deliveries, and I'm applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
Funds go to the landlord and nowhere else. Any amount left over after the arrears are cleared will go toward next month's rent.
Where the $400 goes:
• First month of rent as a buffer: $95
• Late fees and court costs: $25
• Rent arrears (3 months): $280

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Yonas.
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. first month of rent as a buffer comes first ($95) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. It helps to be asked.
