Yewande's path to healing - a structured recovery program in Epe
A course of a structured recovery program for Yewande could change everything; the cost is $250.
🇳🇬 Nigeria388 views
After the death of both parents, Yewande has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Epe Wellbeing Centre cost $15 each.
Yewande has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Yewande could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Yewande, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
Where the $250 goes:
• 20 therapy sessions: $175
• Psychiatric assessment: $60
• Workbook and resources: $15
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

take care. Shared it with a few friends. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Love from Kathmandu.
Is there anything that isn't money that would help Yewande?
Thank you. If you're in Epe I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Ask me anything else.
Best of luck, Okechukwu. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Wish I lived closer to London so I could bring a meal
