Yaw's acute lymphoblastic leukemia treatment fund
Yaw is facing acute lymphoblastic leukemia and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Yaw was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in July. The oncology team at Takoradi University Hospital has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in August. He will be away from work for about 5 weeks.
Yaw is 42, worked as a bus conductor until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Takoradi University Hospital 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Scans and lab work: $200
• Transport to Takoradi University Hospital: $190
• Household costs while unable to work: $185
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $125
