Yash needs a communication tablet with eye tracking - help us make it happen
Yash needs a communication tablet with eye tracking that the health system won't fund; the cost is $600.

I live with a rare neuromuscular condition. My occupational therapist at Salem General Hospital has assessed me and recommended a communication tablet with eye tracking. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $600.
My current equipment is 10 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 5 weeks.
With the right equipment I could go outside without waiting for someone to push. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $600 goes:
• communication tablet with eye tracking: $560
• Delivery and set-up: $20
• First-year servicing plan: $20
With deep gratitude,
Yash
