Yard rescue for Wendy, 81: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Wendy, 81, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 81 and I have lived in this house in Sydney for 21 years. After the storm in December, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a recent fall.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

I hope things turn around soon. It's not much but it's yours. Greetings from Bacolod.
thinking of you and your family, Wendy. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. It's not much but it's yours. All the best.
