Yard rescue for Tomasz, 75: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Garden rescue day in Łódź: bring gloves and a rake.
🇵🇱 Łódź, Łódź, Poland631 views
I'm 75 and I have lived in this house in Łódź for 47 years. After the storm in November, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight.
The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

hope things get better soon. Shared it with a few friends. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Thinking of Łódź.
