Yard rescue for Shilpa, 71: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Garden rescue day in Pune: bring gloves and a rake.

I'm 71 and I have lived in this house in Pune for 32 years. After the storm in March, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Sending strength, Shilpa. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Put this on a community board in Los Angeles this morning. Take care.
Wishing you peace, Shilpa. Shared it with a few friends. I have a 16 year old who wants to send good wishes too
Hope things get better soon, Shilpa. Hope the doctors have good news. Greetings from Epe
You're not alone, Shilpa. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
Hope things get better soon, Shilpa. This could happen to any of us. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. All the best.
