Yard rescue for Russell, 78: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Garden rescue day in Leeds: bring gloves and a rake.

I'm 78 and I have lived in this house in Leeds for 36 years. After the storm in August, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Thank you for reading my story.

Good luck, Russell. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. Take care
You're not alone, Russell. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'm in farming myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. God bless.
wishing you peace, Russell. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. Thinking of Leeds.
you're not alone, Russell. Hope this works out for you. We're a small family in Seoul but we're thinking of you. All the best.
Stay strong. I hope things turn around soon. Wish I lived closer to Kano so I could bring a meal. Greetings from Campinas.
