Yard rescue for Pilar, 71: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Pilar, 71, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 71 and I have lived in this house in Tuxtla Gutiérrez for 38 years. After the storm in September, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a heart condition.
The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
I hope life is good to you.

hope you get there. Greetings from Bowling Green.
Hope it all works out, Pilar. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
