Yard rescue for Paolo, 91: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Paolo's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 91 and I have lived in this house in Quezon City for 35 years. After the storm in September, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Thinking of you and your family. This could happen to any of us. Greetings from San Diego
Rooting for you, Paolo. Your post was clear and honest. My mother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. God bless.
Hang in there. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. I'm in hospitality myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Greetings from Jakarta Barat
So sorry you're going through this, Paolo. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. All the best
You're not alone. Gave what I could, wish it was more. After 19 years in teaching I know how hard it is to ask for anything. All the best.
