Yard rescue for Nicholas, 77: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Garden rescue day in Tampa: bring gloves and a rake.
🇺🇸 Tampa, Florida, United States235 views
I'm 77 and I have lived in this house in Tampa for 35 years. After the storm in April, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
I hope life is good to you.

Good luck. Your post was clear and honest. I'm in farming myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Love from Nagpur
Sending good thoughts. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Blessings
You're not alone. Hope this works out for you. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. God bless.
good luck, Nicholas. This could happen to any of us. My husband and I read this together. Take care.
Praying for you. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I have a 9 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Take care
I hope things turn around soon. My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Blessings!
