Yard rescue for Fernando, 80: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Fernando's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 80 and I have lived in this house in Rio de Janeiro for 50 years. After the storm in August, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a heart condition.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
