Yann's multiple myeloma treatment fund
6 rounds of treatment are planned at Edmonton Regional Medical Center; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Yann was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in March. The oncology team at Edmonton Regional Medical Center has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in June. He will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Yann is 24, worked as a primary school teacher until March, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Edmonton Regional Medical Center 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $6,200 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $4,600
• Scans and lab work: $720
• Household costs while unable to work: $880
Every share and every dollar helps.
