Ximena needs my school-run minibus repaired to get back to work in Mérida
Without my school-run minibus Ximena can't work; a $500 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my school-run minibus. 10 weeks ago the gearbox failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $500. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $500 goes:
• gearbox replacement (parts): $330
• Labor charges: $75
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $95
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
