Winter coats and boots for 23 children at the Unity Family Centre in Dar es Salaam
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at the Unity Family Centre.

I coordinate donations at the Unity Family Centre in Dar es Salaam. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 2 to 14 years. If you're in Dar es Salaam, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Unity Family Centre on Friday between 9am and 4pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Unity Family Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
