Winter coats and boots for 23 children at the Acacia Primary School in San Fernando

I coordinate donations at the Acacia Primary School in San Fernando. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in San Fernando, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Acacia Primary School on Friday between 9am and 2pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Acacia Primary School clothing bank, which is open to everyone. I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
