I coordinate donations at the Pioneer Mosque in Ankara. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Ankara, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Pioneer Mosque on Saturday between 10am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Pioneer Mosque clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Wishing you the best. Looking forward to the next update. Thinking of Ankara.
stay strong. Shared it with a few friends. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Take care.
