Winter coats and boots for 15 children at Acacia Refugee Centre in Dublin
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at Acacia Refugee Centre.
🇮🇪 Dublin, Leinster, Ireland1,599 views
I coordinate donations at Acacia Refugee Centre in Dublin. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 2 to 14 years. If you're in Dublin, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Acacia Refugee Centre on Saturday between 11am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Acacia Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
