I coordinate donations at the Acacia Family Centre in Munich. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Munich, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Acacia Family Centre on Sunday between 10am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Acacia Family Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Thanks for being kind about this.

keep going. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Wish I lived closer to Casablanca so I could bring a meal.
Thanks for sharing this, Michael. This could happen to any of us. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Blessings.
hang in there, Michael. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Blessings!
Sending good thoughts. Shared it with a few friends. My neighbor in Epe donated after I showed her your page. Thinking of Munich.
Thinking of you. Shared it with a few friends. My brother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Greetings from Celaya
Hope it all works out. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best
