Willow's severe tick fever: help with the vet bill

Willow is my tabby kitten of six years. On 19 September we rushed to Jakarta Barat Veterinary Centre with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $350. They have stabilized Willow, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Willow is more than a pet - Willow got me through my hardest year.
