After the death of both parents, Wichai has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at Bang Khen Wellbeing Centre cost $20 each.
Wichai has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Wichai could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
