Since 2020, our volunteer team has run Community Pantry every Wednesday from the back of the old library basement. We started with 22 families, and now we feed 273 each week. Donations have dropped by about 51% this harvest gap, while the line has grown every single week. We rely on volunteers - 16 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Islamabad market and keep every receipt. Each $5 feeds a family of four for a week. All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs. Where the $150 goes: • Refrigeration and electricity: $20 • Fresh vegetables and fruit: $70 • Baby formula and diapers: $60 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Updates from Bisma

  1. Wanted to say thank you properly. 40% funded and I met with the wholesaler and confirmed the amounts.

  2. Thank you all. We're at 30% now ($45). I'm honestly stunned. the plan for fresh vegetables and fruit is now scheduled.

  • Francesco Rinaldi 🇮🇹 · $50
