Weekly meals for students and shift workers in Abbottabad
Ali runs a volunteer pantry feeding 62 families; this fund restocks shelves for the school holidays.

Since 2019, our volunteer team has run the Harvest Pantry every Sunday from the back of the mosque courtyard. We started with 16 families, and now we feed 62 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 44% this school holidays, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 18 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Abbottabad market and keep every receipt.
Each $5 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $300 goes:
• Baby formula and diapers: $50
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $180
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $70
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

So sorry you're going through this. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Sent it to 24 people at work.
wishing you peace, Ali. Hope the build day goes well, wish I lived closer. I have a 15 year old who wants to send good wishes too!
Hope the build day goes well, wish I lived closer. I'm in nursing myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Love from Southampton.
