Help keep a free food pantry open for elderly neighbors in Paris.

Since 2021, our volunteer team has run the Thursday Table every Monday from the back of a school canteen. We started with 27 families, and now we feed 107 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 57% this rainy season, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 19 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Paris market and keep every receipt.
Each $30 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $3,000 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $1,200
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $950
• Baby formula and diapers: $520
• Refrigeration and electricity: $330
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Aissatou.
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale) comes first ($1,200) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Let me know if you want more detail.
