Weekly meals for elderly neighbors in Bangkok
Nattaya runs a volunteer pantry feeding 169 families; this fund restocks shelves for the harvest gap.

Since 2022, our volunteer team has run Neighbors' Pantry every Sunday from the back of a school canteen. We started with 11 families, and now we feed 169 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 44% this harvest gap, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 15 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Bangkok market and keep every receipt.
Each $10 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $550 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $175
• Refrigeration and electricity: $75
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $300
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.
Updates from Nattaya
Quick update: $50 raised so far (9%). I made the first payment toward rice, beans, flour and oil. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.

Sending strength, Nattaya. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of Bangkok.
